We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our fitness programs and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Scope

This Credit Policy applies to all digital and physical products and services offered by Fit at Home Fitness, including:

Online training programs

Membership subscriptions

Coaching sessions

Merchandise

At Fit at Home Fitness, we understand that schedules and circumstances can change. In certain situations, instead of issuing a refund, we may offer a credit for future services as outlined below.

 

2. Policy Overview​

Fit at Home Fitness may issue a credit for future services in place of a refund. This credit can be used toward eligible Fit at Home programs, memberships, or services.

3. Credits:

Have no cash value

Are non-transferable

Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds

​

4. Eligibility for Credit

You may be eligible for a credit if:

You are unable to attend a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness)

A service is cancelled by Fit at Home

A request is made within the required notice period (see below)

Requests should be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Credit Amount

Credits are issued for the value of the unused service only

Partial credits may apply for partially used programs or packages

Live Coaching & Personalized Services

​After a session begins, refunds are not available.

Promotional or discounted services are not eligible for a credit

​

6. Validity Period

Credits are valid for 60 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated

Expired credits cannot be reinstated or extended

7. How to Request a Credit​

To request a credit:

Email support@fitathomesx.com with your:

Your full Name

Order number/ Service purchased

Reason for credit

Supporting evidence (if applicable)

Allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Scheduled date

Requests should be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

8. How to Use Your Credit

Credits may be applied toward:

Online training programs

Fit at Home memberships

Live or group training sessions

Other Fit at Home services (as applicable)

Credits cannot be used for:

Cash refunds

Third-party services

Previously completed services

9. Fit at Home Fitness Rights

Fit at Home Fitness reserves the right to:

Approve or deny credit requests

Modify the value or terms of any issued credit

Update this policy at any time without prior notice

10. Policy Updates

Any changes to this policy will be posted with an updated effective date.

​​​​​11. Physical Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to Fit at Home Fitness error.

12. Refund Decisions

All refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Fit at Home Fitness reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.

13. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Fit at Home may update this policy at any time.

The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes.
