"About a year and a half ago, I began using fit@home. The best choice ever. Our workouts start at 5:30 a.m. every day. The morning sessions last 30 minutes or a little more at times. After stretching for five minutes, we often work out with or without weights. A fantastic way to start the day with a boost of energy, but most importantly, I'm keeping my weight in check. Getting up so early to work out can occasionally require self-control, but the time spent is ultimately worthwhile.

My success story
I joined Fit at Home during the COVID lockdown, at a time when all gyms were closed and staying active felt almost impossible. Like many others I struggled with motivation, routine, and the uncertainty of not knowing when life would return to normal.
Fit at Home became my solution. what started as a necessity quickly turned into a lifestyle. Having access guided workouts from home helped me stay consistent, active and mentally strong during one of the most challenging periods we have all experienced. The workouts are flexible, effective, and suitable for all fitness levels, which makes it easy to stay committed even on tough days.
Today gyms have reopened, routines have changed, but I am still a proud member. That alone says everything. The convenience, quality, and positive results have kept me going. I am stronger, more confident, and more disciplined than I was before I started.
Fit at Home isn't just about exercise, it's about building habits, staying consistent, and investing in yourself no matter the circumstances.

Motivation to start:
From time to time we all check people’s status. I check Ms. Flanders’ WhatsApp status and that was the genesis of me becoming a member of FIT@HOME fitness. I had an idea to gather a few friends and join her once per month under a theme; an idea which when proposed to Ms. Flanders was given the nod. Unfortunately, my idea went to futility since I was unsuccessful, in garnering anyone’s interest.One day while socializing, Ms. Flanders said to me, “when will you come and get the fit@home experience?” I responded positively and made the journey across the island to join her and here I am ever since. I no longer do cross island travels to workout thanks to Ms.Wilson who has been a longtime member of fit@home. She is my neighbor so we workout together in the evening at her place.
Biggest challenge:
Not such a challenge but a preference. I would prefer to workout in an opened space and outside of a building.
Progress so far:
I cannot ascertain my progress because I do workout sessions outside of fit@home fitness. However, I can say engaging in fit@home workout sessions has definitely added and contributed positively to my overall fitness journey.
Advise to others:
If you cannot do it alone get company and both you and your company must hold the other accountable for their fitness journey.

My story begins when our coach (my Niece) kept encouraging me to join FIT AT HOME I was a bit reluctant at first and soon joined the evening sessions. Since then I overcame certain obstacles that kept me from reaching my goal on my fitness and wellness. It works for me instantly with positive results, shedding ponds. Now I am at a stable weight for more than a year.
I discipline myself on my food intake ( not a diet). Most of all because of our coaches' motivational quotes, my favorite is JUST SHOW UP I no longer have to be watching my weight.
Through my aches and pains, I struggled but kept up with our coach consistency it works miracles for me.

Greetings,
I am Kimberley Duzong and I started my fitness journey on February 21st, 2024, with Fit at Home Fitness.
One of the main reasons for starting my fitness journey is because I was getting bigger in size and started feeling a type of way. I also noticed that I had to size up on certain outfits and that made me a bit worried. My stomach was high and around my neck was thick.
During this journey, we all may face challenges. Some challenges I experience are cravings and emotional eating (nutritional challenge), balancing fitness with other responsibilities (personal challenge), and motivation at times to wake up at 5:00 AM to exercise. However, despite the challenges I may face, I am determined to reach my goal, so I persevere and do what I have to do. On the other hand, the positive side is that I have lost a few kilos. I noticed that I can see my neck again and that my clothes size has changed to smaller sizes. Occasionally, I even have to alter my clothes so that they fit me proper and neat. In closing, the advice I would like to give is to simply get up and do what makes you happy. You have to start somewhere, while focusing on consistency and not perfection. What I have noticed is that very often people like to compare themselves with others and they will always forget to celebrate the small wins.

My name is Oneida, I am a very satisfied member of the Fit@Home. My inspiration to join the team was how persistent Coach Migi was to see me become a better version of myself. I thought to myself, if Coach Migi is so determined about me, I can do the same for myself. So as of February, I’ve been working out during the evening sessions. My biggest challenge was core exercises overtime it got easier. Thus far, I’ve notice I don’t get tired as quickly as I used to. My waist as well as my arms are more defined, and I feel more energized compared to when I was not doing any sessions. I enjoyed the videos, and the music mixes are awesome. My advice to anyone who is contemplating joining, just stop and do it! Coach Migi is awesome, she will keep you motivated. Trust me, you won’t regret it.
